Who We Are Somerset Regional Water Resources, LLC. (SRWR) is a multifaceted company that provides a variety of services to the Oil and Natural Gas Industries. We are a leading water, transportation and well site support service provider that began in 2008 in Northeastern Pennsylvania with the Marcellus Shale Play. SRWR has now grown to include locations in Western Pennsylvania, Ohio and beyond.

What We Do

SRWR provides all types of general water hauling, crude oil hauling, frac sand hauling, equipment hauling, frac tank moving, brine services, and the hauling of drilling mud. We also provide transportation logistical services that include GPS monitoring of vehicles, and high powered suction vacuum truck services.

We are not only a DOT certified transportation company. In this service-oriented industry, we have the proven ability to think outside the box and get the job done for our clients. Larry Mostoller, the CEO and co-founder of SRWR says, “We provide solutions swiftly, efficiently and effectively.” This is the philosophy of SRWR. Our Mission

Our mission is to provide environmentally friendly water, transportation and well site related services to oil and natural gas companies including the management of water resources, hauling water and frac sand and the delivery, removal, and treatment of waste streams associated with the natural gas industry.

Larry Mostoller CEO/PRESIDENT:

30 years of experience in a variety of areas including construction, water, land and provision of support services to oil and gas companies.

Stephen McNally –Chief Technical Officer:

  • 25 plus years in the Industrial Water Treatment industry servicing the steel, oil refining, coal and power generation markets.
  • The past 6 years working in the Marcellus Shale industry.  Developed and designed treatment systems and treatment programs for the remediation of flowback for beneficial reuse.
  • Designed systems and treatment programs for dewatering of oil/gas well muds to reduce the volume of wasteto be disposed.

Penny Ogline Administrative Manager:

20 plus years in the management field, beginning in the retail market and moving into the Financial industry, completing PBA School of Banking at Dickinson College and managing branches for 1st Summit Bank and First Commonwealth Banks.
